The popularity of kopsuren is not only about its taste but also its beautiful layers of color, with palm sugar syrup at the bottom, milk in the middle, and coffee at the top, making it look attractive on social media. Many people try this drink for the first time because they are attracted to its appearance.

Additionally, it is relatively affordable. Priced between Rp10,000 and Rp20,000 per glass, kopsuren is much more budget-friendly than international coffee drinks like cappuccino or latte. This makes it popular among various groups, from students to office workers.

This drink is considered more “authentic” because it highlights the original taste of coffee beans without many additives. Despite this, kopsuren is still predicted to endure because it has become a drink with cultural value and a lifestyle statement.
